TELEMARKETER

I had a short but meaningful experience in telemarketing way back in 2011. I've learned a lot from this job; this is my first office-based full-time job. They help me understand the importance of customer service. When you're doing customer service, you should have a lot of patience with your customers, and you should address and understand their concerns accurately so that you can provide the best solution to their needs. I've also learned to handle pressure and stress while doing calls. I applied what I'd learned to my subsequent job, and I believed that I handled my customers with care and gave them the best solution to their concerns.
